Meet the Team

Bringing you evidence-based expertise with every appointment

Dr. Virginia Salata, DC

Dr. Salata has a passion for evidence-based chiropractic. As such, she participated in research projects and graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College with a Research Honors diploma after her paper on “NPY up-regulation following spared nerve injury” that was selected to be presented at ACC-RAC (a national research conference) in March of 2020. While working at the VA Hospital in Des Moines, she learned the art of interdisciplinary care, communication, and documentation that included chart reviews, history and note taking, and neurological and orthopedic examinations on each patient. Additionally, Dr. Salata has a great deal of experience with motor vehicle accident care as well as chronic pain and brings her knowledge in combination with her attention to detail to each patient to ensure excellence with every appointment.
